The Swan Princess: Princess Tomorrow, Pirate Today! Review

The Swan Princess: Princess Tomorrow, Pirate Today is about a young Princess Alise whose parents go off on a trip for the summer and she is left to spend time with her Aunt, Queen Uberta. Queen Uberta is trying to teach Princess Alise the properness of royalty, but Princess Alise really has no desire to be a part of that. Instead, Princess Alise wants the excitement of being a pirate. This movie was enjoyable for me and I look forward to sharing it with my 6-year-old granddaughter. She loves Princesses and she also likes dressing up as one as you can see below.
You will enjoy the storyline when Princess Alise sets sail with Lord Rogers, Jean-Bob the frog and Speed the turtle on a bold, high seas journey filled with amazing adventure, danger, and discovery. When things take a turn for the worse, the movie keeps you watching to see how they will get out of the sticky situation they have ended up in. This movie is rated PG for parental guidance. If you would rather see it before your child you can then make the determination on your own. I would recommend this movie to anyone that likes a bit of adventure and a cute little Princess.
In the brand new original animated film, Princess Alise is training to be the perfect royal but in her heart, all she wants to do is sail the seven seas as a swashbuckling pirate! After setting sail, Princess Alise is shipwrecked and washes ashore on an island where she meets Lucas, a young boy who has been living there by herself. They have to work together to survive and get back to civilization!
