2. Limit cell phone time
Going to the gym should essentially allow you to take some โme timeโ out of a stressful day in which you can unwind and leave your responsibilities behind for a couple of hours. This includes limiting your cell phone time.
Disconnecting from the constant emailing, texting, and phone calls allows you to put your entire focus on your fitness goals and appreciate the present moment. Whatโs more, talking loudly on the phone will annoy other gym members, so simply give yourself the time and space to concentrate on your workout. 3. Listen to music
Itโs easy to get distracted by your surroundings and worry about what is happening around you, but listening to music can help you get into the zone.
