On October 14th Shout Factory! Will be releasing ย The Complete Series of CatDog, all 68 episodes (on 12 DVDs). ย When CatDog first aired in 1998 it was such an odd concept. It really reminded me of a cartoon somewhat of The Odd Couple. ย CatDog are actually conjoined brothers; where one is clever ย and cultured, and the other naive but a lovable goof. ย Can you tell which is which? Yes Cat is cultured and Dog is not.
CatDog ran from 1998-2005. ย The all-star ย cast includes Tom Kenny (Spongebob Squarepants, Rocko’s Modern Life), Jim Cummings (The Super Hero Squad Show, Reno 911) and Carlos Alazraqui (The Fairly OddParents, Rocko’s Modern Life).
If you have ever had trouble with a sibling, you aren’t alone BUT what if you and your sibling had to go everywhere together? ย In this silly cartoon, you will laugh and maybe meow watching the crazy misadventures of the feline and canine brothers who bring a whole new meaning to the idea of family bonding.
