ENERGYbits Review
ENERGYbits Review
When I was offered to review ENERGYbits, I thought this would be a perfect opportunity for my husband who has started increasing his workout. He has recently started running and cross-fit training; so who couldn’t use the extra energy?
ENERGYbits® are made from made from 100% organically grown spirulina algae and is loaded with 40 nutrients. ENERGYbits® algae tabs have the highest concentration of protein in the world (64%) all for just one calorie per tab.
So what are ENERGYbits best used for? If you need an increase in energy, endurance, mental vitality; these are for you. Do you need help lowering your blood pressure, balancing your blood sugar or curbing hunger? How about a small (in size) high protein snack that will help reduce fatigue? These small little bits when used as directed will help you will all of these things.
If you are like my husband, trying to better yourself physically OR like myself; trying to fit in 3 days worth of work into 1 day. These will keep you motivated to do so by giving you the energy that you are in need of in your fast paced life.
Now you probably wonder how to take these. You will want to swallow at least 30 ENERGYbits® (or more) before any workout, run, game or intense physical or mental activity. These will improve your endurance and energy.
If you are tired, hungry or don’t have time to eat or cook these will be wonderful to keep you going. They are a terrific high protein, low calorie snack or meal on the go. Olympic athletes favorite these as a replacement for when they are too busy to get a meal. You will want to swallow with a beverage (or chew them as you would a handful of nuts). Remember, they’re “bits” of food (not pills). That last part is most important; do not confuse these with pills or supplements as they are ‘bits’ of food.
ENERGYbits make me think of the movies you have watched like the Jetson’s. You know when they used to have their food in pill form; I always thought how neat that would be if someday our food was like that. Right now this is the closest I think you will get to that. {insert smile here}.
At 11 cents a piece times 30 bits comes to $3.45 for one snack. Anymore you can’t get that from a vending machine for a snack; let alone a healthy snack. You will get 1,000 bits in a zip lock pouch with a travel tin for $115.00. When you break it down like that it is about 33 snacks per package. I think you will more than find a need for this if you are the busy person in need of energy that I mentioned above.
