Gerber Lil’ Beanies(TM) are a #GerberWinWin for Zakary
Gerber® Lil’ Beanies(TM) are a lifesaver when it comes to my grandson Zakary.
Zakary is 14 months old and I will be honest, he loves to eat. I honestly think he starts eating and drinking when he wakes up until the time he goes to sleep at night.
Gerber® recently came out with Lil’ Beanies(TM), it makes me feel better knowing that he has more choices for his snacks. Gerber® Lil’ Beanies(TM) come in Original and White Cheddar & Broccoli. We were able to find the Original flavor in our Walmart when we went shopping, it was actually the last can they had. Sarah went back a few days later to see if they restocked and they had (obviously they have already been popular), so she was able to get the White Cheddar & Broccoli also.
Zakary started out trying the Original flavor and became a fan right off the bat. Since he is 14 months old he likes to be independent and feed himself. He isn’t very fussy on what he eats but there are some things he isn’t too sure of, these are not one of those things. Being the busy little boy he is, I actually feel like I am reliving his Daddy as a little boy when I am with him. His energy level is so high that it is great that he can have healthy snacks whenever they are needed. They fit nicely in his diaper bag and because of the canister packaging you do not have to worry about them getting smooshed, stale or all over the inside of the diaper bag.
The photos below are the progression of Zakary trying out the lil’ Beanies for the first time. You can see just by the photos that he liked them from the first moment he tasted them. They are such a #GerberWinWin for us and him too!
Zakary’s sister is 5 1/2 years old so she has school activities that they have to go to and can’t always be home right when he wants/needs to eat. Since these are good for him my daughter-in-law Sarah doesn’t feel guilty allowing him to snack on these until he can eat a meal.
