Nutrisystem: Week 5 and 6 with #NSNation
Time for check-in on my Nutrisystem journey so far. Somehow I got so busy I forgot to post last week. So I am going to split my post into 2 sections. The first section will be my Nutrisystem Week 5 section.
This last week I received a Nutribear 10#, for my loss of my first 10 pounds. I was very excited to have this milestone recognized by Nutrisystem. It reminded me that not only does my counselor contact me on a regular basis, Nutrisystem takes the time to recognize an achievement. They are definitely there for support.
Nutrisystem Week 6
Now for an update on the progress I have made since Week 4. I have now hit a 19 pound loss. You wouldn’t think in the big scheme of things it would be totally noticeable. But I am; I can’t seem to keep my jeans up where they belong; and by the end of the day I can take them off without unbuttoning or unzipping. Looks like its time for a new pair, I just want to make sure I can totally go down a size before doing so.
In the above picture I wanted to show you just a few breakfasts, lunches and dinners. This isn’t even including an of the freezer meal choices. Nutrisystem provides you with many delicious meals. They do not taste ‘diet’. They have great flavor and are packaged in a perfect portion to help get your weight loss moving.
I have nearing my first goal, which was to lose enough weight that my daughter would notice when she comes home from college for Thanksgiving. I am thinking she will; time will tell.
I am still Thankful for this opportunity that Nutrisystem has allowed me to experience. So there you have it, my Nutrisystem Week 5 and 6 summary.
Wife, mother, grandma, blogger, all wrapped into one person, although it does not define her these are roles that are important to her. From empty nesters to living with our oldest and 2 grandchildren while our house is rebuilt after a house fire in 10/2018 my life is something new each day.
