But with days getting busier, something always gets squeezed out or pushed down the priority list and, more often than not, that something is exercise. Don’t Sit When You Don’t Have To
We choose sitting as our default position and for no reason whatsoever; we just need to learn how to stop sitting. When we are at work we think we have to sit at our desk when standing desks have been proved to have great a great impact on our health and fitness. The same goes with watching your kids when they play sport; forget the bleachers, walk, pace, run and jog.
