An Orca Podster is a Must Have this Holiday Season (Hunter, Camper You Name It)

When I first saw the Orca Podster I immediately thought of my oldest son. The reason is he is so hard to buy for when it comes to the holidays. Either what he wants is way out of my price range or he can’t seem to come up with anyone fun for me to get him. Last year I gave him and my daughter-in-law a pressure cooker/canner. But it probably is something she has had to use more than him. This year I was able to get the Orca Podster for him and I am so excited I am able to give him such a useful gift that he can use for a long time.
Hunting and camping are two things he enjoys doing. He has a cooler but it is more for family gatherings or when they go camping as a family. When it comes to going hunting sometimes I think he takes his canned beverages in a bag. Mainly because he doesn’t need a big cooler to pull along.
About the Orca Podster
First of all, it is a 14.25 Quart Backpack Cooler.
The ORCA Pod backpack cooler now comes in a handy daypack size. You’ll find it has most of the same features as their full-size Pods, such as padded shoulder straps and cross-chest adjustable T-strap, just in a sportier size. Molle webbing is also featured, allowing for carrying all those extra outdoor necessities. The ORCA Podster is made for day hikes, short trips, and everywhere in between.
In the image above you will see the Podster from the back. On the lower right side bottom area, there is a spot that you can open and drain it if you get water inside. This makes it easier to empty.
Orca Podster Features
This Realtree Max 5 Camo Podster has an internal capacity to hold 3.5 gallons. Or 14.25 quarts of water and is leak proof. It can hold its ‘cold’ for days with proper ice packing. The outer textile: SPEC-OPS 840 Denier double TPU and the inner textile is SPEC-OPS 210 Denier double TPU. It is FDA food-grade, BPA-free, and anti-microbial as well. The inner walls are insulated with 28mm of tough Meta-Polymer.
The closed-cell foam and EVA reinforcement in the lid base and back. This will provide additional insulation, the structure as well as protection. The zipper is German TIZIP Master Seal #10 and waterproof also.
Its craftsmanship is ultrasonic RF welding which is also used in whitewater rafting. You will find it is convenient because of its exclusive flip top which eliminates zipper abrasion and allows for easy access.
