We will probably go to the St. Patrick’s parade, wear green clothes, watch for Leprechaun’s around every corner, dance Irish jigs, and drink green beer.

We go to the St. Patrick’s Day parade and the party afterwards in the city we live in. My husband Patrick was born on St. Patrick’s Day so we have the family over too.

I start off the day with a mostly green breakfast: Green pancakes, spinach leaves, green grapes, cucumber, and a mint smoothie. My husband makes corn beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes in the crock pot. Then I put green dye in the toilet to say that a Leprechaun peed in the toilet.
