I remember My Little Pony from when my sister was younger and how pretty they looked. Then fast forward to a few years back when my great niece came to visit. She opened her bag and she dumped out more My Little Ponies than I could have imagined would fit in there. This just shows you how long My Little Pony has been around (my sister is now 40, Serenity is 7 or so now). That is quite a span of time. I also know that Serenity’s favorite, if I remember correctly was Rainbow Dash.

Shout! Factory Kids in collaboration with Hasbro Studios just released My Little Pony; Friendship is Magic, A Dash of Awesome on March 25th. This DVD includes 5 Awesome Adventures that shows just how wonderful and thrilling (in a child’s mind) Rainbow Dash and her friends; Equestria, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and farmer Applejack are. They really know how to have FUN!

These 5 episodes include: “May the Best Pet Win!”, “The Mysterious Mare Do Well”, “Read it and Weep”, “Daring Don’t,” and “Rainbow Falls”. There is also a BONUS feature of a Sing-Along.  This will be great for any little girl (or boy) that wants to get up and dance away.
