I need to preface this post with the fact that we lost all of our belongings and house in a house fire on October 12th of 2018.  That being said I lost everything clothing wise except for what I was wearing that day.  Since it was not winter yet I was not wearing my winter coat that day.   A friend from This Mama Loves was gracious enough to send me a beautiful long black winter jacket with a hood, but I wanted to have one that was a bit shorter jacket so I was so excited when simply be asked if I would be interested in reviewing some clothing from their site.

3/4 Padded Jacket

My first choice was this 3/4 padded jacket.  I love the navy with a gold zipper as I felt it would be great to have for when I wasn’t all dressed up. It has 2 deep pockets with a full-length zipper.  I am 5′ 6 1/2″ so it goes a bit past my knees and I picked a size 20 US because I wanted to make sure I had room if I was wearing a sweatshirt or sweater.

This jacket also shows that it comes in berry and black as well as the navy showed above. Sizes 10-24 although you will want to check as some sizes are low in stock or out of stock.

Or if you are looking more for a swimsuit, they have them too!  Like the Magisculpt Black Shaping Swimdress that I received! The last swimsuit I owned I had purchased in 2015 when I was going on a blogger trip to Sea World with my granddaughter who was 5 at the time.  I hadn’t owned one in probably 12 years and knew I would need one for this event.  But again I lost that in the fire.  It was just a basic black suit, nothing I was in love with as I just hadn’t been able to find the ‘one’ in the short time I had to do so.  But this swimsuit called my name the moment I saw it on simply be.  It is available in black and comes in sizes 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32.  I cannot wait until it is swim season.

Marie Toecap Espadrille

I chose the Marie Toecap Espadrille in extra wide fit as I thought it would be neat to have a pair of flashy slip ons for the spring.  The only problem is I went with a size 9 because I normally wear an 8 1/2-9.  The 9’s are a little too big for me, but they are very comfortable.

You will love how they feel on your feet as they are soft and comfy. Although they are a tad big for me I will be sporting them with my capris come spring/summer.  I think they are cute and the added sparkle on the toe gives them that extra flair. They are not scratchy or stiff like some flats you try on.  They have other styles in these shoes which you can find here.
