Perfect time of the year to have a flavorful cup of Hot Cocoa in more than 1 flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp flavored powdered coffee creamer
- 1/2 cup dry milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate flavored drink mix (like Quik) or Non-named brand works too
- *Powdered Coffee creamer is available in so many flavors now you can use your imagination. Such as Caramel Macchiato, Vanilla Latte, Hazelnut, Amaretto etc.
- I used Vanilla creamer (French Vanilla) in mine.
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Blend very well with a whisk.
- Place mix into a jar or container of your choice for storage.
- Place 1 1/2 tbsp-2 tbsp mix into a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir until mixture is completely dissolved.
- Top with whip cream or a small scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
- **Gift idea or stocking stuffers**
- You can get small zip lock bags in the craft section of Walmart or possibly Target etc.
- They fit up to 2tbsp of this mix in them.
- Put a little tag on them that says the name of the flavor of cocoa you made. Add a chocolate spoon with it in a coffee mug (if not for a stocking) but a teacher gift etc.
