Rosemary Sea Salt Beer Bread Mix by Boardwalk Food Company Evaluation
Disclosure: I was given a box of Boardwalk Food Company: Rosemary Sea Salt Beer Bread Mix, in order to facilitate my opinion. Regardless my opinions are 100% mine.
I will admit, I do not make homemade bread like I used to. My time is spent working on my business and to be honest anything with more than 4 ingredients ? Too time consuming for me at this time. So I was so happy when I was asked to do this Boardwalk Food Company evaluation.
Then I was contacted about a Boardwalk Food Company assessment of their bread. I was given a choice of Original, Cornbread, Rosemary Sea Salt or Lemon Poppyseed. My husband picked the Rosemary Sea Salt. All I had to have on hand was sea salt, butter, and beer (or any other carbonated beverage). I chose beer because it was in the fridge and that was all we had as far as a carbonated beverage, but you can use any carbonated beverage. This bread is safe for children if beer is used as beer will bake off.
What I loved about this the most? Was how simple it was to make. Put the mix in a bowl, add the 12 ounces of beer, stir, bake. The melted butter and sea salt were used after it was baked and removed from the pan.
I felt like we were eating fancy bread like at a restaurant where it is hidden inside of a pretty napkin in a basket. Eventually I would like to try the Lemon Poppyseed, well maybe all of them, its hard to choose. I am also excited to offer a coupon for 25% off of your order: ” TalkAbout2014“. This is especially awesome if you want to buy all 4 or more to give as gifts !
