3 Ingredient Strawberry Cake Cookies

3 Ingredient Strawberry Cake Cookies are probably one of the easiest cookie recipes I’ve ever tried. It takes literally 3 ingredients. Normally I purchase cake mixes when they are on sale and keep them in my pantry. They come in handy for the last minute, “can you bring something for our get together” ? Or if the kids or my husband would like something sweet.
Normally unless I purchase the ingredients specifically to make a certain cookie, I do not have them on hand. This is where I love this easy 3 ingredient cake cookie idea and they would be perfect for your Valentine’s Day Party! If you would like some ideas on Valentines you and your child can make yourself then hop on over to Save More Spend Less with Heidi! she has the one I have linked to and many more!
- Strawberry Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs (however many your mix calls for)
- 1/3 cup oil
- That’s it, that’s all.
- Mix all together using a mixer, and then form into balls placing them about 1 inch apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375º F for 6 to 8 minutes depending on your oven and pull out and cool on a rack or waxed paper.
- When they are cooling, you can add your chocolate hearts, conversation gummies, or other toppings of choice.
- I think even a can of store bought frosting would be delicious
